1. What GimmieSim does

GimmieSim checks golf simulator availability on albaplay.com and can notify you when a slot matching your chosen venue, date, time, and simulator becomes available.

2. Independent service

GimmieSim is an independent monitoring and notification service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Alba or albaplay.com.

3. No guarantee of availability or alerts

We aim to make the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, instant alerts, or that any specific slot will still be available when you try to book it. Alerts are informational only and do not reserve or hold a booking.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details and verification information.
• Use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or other users.
• Complete any booking directly with the upstream booking service.
• If you notice a bug, misuse, or inaccurate information, please let us know at help@gimmiesim.com.

5. Supporter boost

If you make an eligible Buy Me a Coffee donation and the details match our supporter rules, GimmieSim may grant a temporary supporter boost that increases your concurrent monitor limit for a limited period. Donations support the project; they do not purchase ownership, guaranteed uptime, or guaranteed eligibility beyond the rules stated in the app.

6. Changes, suspension, or closure

We may change, pause, limit, or stop the service at any time, including features, monitor limits, or supporter benefits.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GimmieSim is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for missed bookings, delayed alerts, inaccurate availability data, loss of supporter benefits, or other indirect losses arising from use of the service.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use GimmieSim.
